Is it normal to get cavities after rads even with a tooth that already has a filling in it? I think I have one and it sure hurts. think I will be calling the dentist tomorrow.

There are many surfaces to a tooth, and having a filling wouldn't cover all of them. Of course after rads we are highly at risk for getting caries. You can never brush and floss enough during and after treatment.
