My husband has just finished 35 weeks of radiation plus chemo. He is about 2 weeks post radiation. One of his problems that I did not see mentioned on your forum is "sweats". It scares him when he breaks out in a sweat for no apparent reason. These don't last long and he has no fever. I try to reassure him but we have no experience to draw upon.
By the way, I stumbled onto your site while trying to find another answer to one of his questions. What a great site.
Perhaps we will be able to share and help someone like you have already helped us.
Thank you
Meredith

Hi, my husband had the same problem, and he would also get really cold when we were all hot. The Onc. said it was a side effect of the chemo, even though he is done with the treatment side effects can go on for quite a few months we have been told. They said it would be a good year before he would feel himself. My husband was on Cispatin during his radiation.

Thanks Sherri Lynn. John was on the same chemo.

My husband had 35 days of radiation, not 35 weeks. Sorry if I confused anyone.
