My father has cancer on his tongue. He has surgery(partial removal for tongue) and radiation treatment. His cancer has come back. The doctors want to remove his tongue. There is no other treatment option. Has anyone else been told this?
My husband was told the same thing, actually, on biopsy, part fell off, post radiation..........his new tongue is rebuilt chest muscle...............so, yes, docs do tell you that, and it does work..............
Thank you for your reply.
