Many do not realize that The Oral Cancer Foundation is a very small nonprofit organization. There are only 2 full time office staff and one who works part time. Even with such a small staff, OCF manages to have a worldwide presence. There are also hundreds of volunteers who work tirelessly to help spread oral cancer awareness.
