First welcome to OCF. It sounds like your husband is having difficulty eating. Does he have a PEG tube? He will have a very hard time of it if he doesnt get the proper nutrition and water intake daily. Its really important that he gets minimum 2000 calories per day, preferrably 3000. When going thru treatment and healing it takes that many calories to fight this disease. Also water minimum 48 oz per day, the more the better.
I was dehydrated and malnourished and ended up in the hospital twice. I hope this info helps you.
