I've had three surgeries starting in end of jan for scc., my questions are should I still be having this periodic ear pain that I noticed prior to dx, and after having my neck opened again 3 weeks ago, I have numbness across from the top of my breast and top of my arm, however have noticed that my hand on that side goes numb quite frequently and i wake up with numbness in my outer thigh on that side most every night. any thoughts?

You do not mention the scans that you have had, when, or types. Unilateral ear pain makes me nervous. Having said that you could be dealing with TMJ problems related to all this and more. But at this stage of things, I personally would want a combined PET/CT scan to ensure that there is not more to this than meets the eye.
