I posted this remotely from my home computer last night so I don't know if it worked but the recipes are now on a link, thanks to Anne-Marie so check out the different ways Nestle says to try VHC.

This carnation VHC is a great product. My husband is actually excited about a drink that is good to the taste and has so many calories. The ensure wasn't cutting it. He has a peg and would eventually like to get off it but needs to gain weight first. I just printed out the recipes and will start trying them. Sue
