Thanks for posting the casserole recipe Minnie. Sounds delicious. I'll also try melting cheese on top of meat - it does seem to become too dry in the mouth otherwise, doesn't it? Hope the weather held for your party and that you continue to improve. With love from Helen cool

While still drinking 6 cans of Boost and trying to eat puddings, poached eggs, etc., (10 weeks post rad) it is very exciting to read about the progress that you've made, Minnie. To think that eating could once again become pleasurable is very inspiring. - Sheldon

Sheldon, I have a couple of times seen on television a commercial for Ensure, showing busy people drinking it. I imagine you can share my feeling that I have no intention of EVER consuming anything of that type again! You are doing well for where you are. Try scrambled eggs, thin oatmeal, and smoothies for some change. You will be eating happily soon!

Sheldon,
I found that yoghurt smoothies are muh more edible to me than Ensure-type drink, and they do have quite a lot of vitamins+ in them. Creme soups are still about the only "real" food I can eat, also angel hair spaghetti with olive oil and lots of sauce (no meat). I soak everything in olive oil, I hope they are right about it being good for you!
Ensure would make me sick, just the smell of it, even though I can't taste it. - My grocery store has added another row of yoghurt smoothies since I discovered them. I think it is because of me, I eat 4 a day.

You chip eaters are making me jealous smile I can't wait to be at that point.

Sheldon - I'm still with you. Normal food make me feel sick, but so does the thought of buying Boost!!! HA! It's not exactly the "trendy" item to carry around.....
