HI Donna,

I understand what you are going through.

I didn't sleep through most of Dan's treatments either. At first it was worry and trying to digest everything that was going on. Then, it was the new side effects that popped up day and night.

And, lack of sleep kept making the whole worry problem worse.

All I can say, is it is 2 weeks post treatment and I'm sleeping great! :-)

I don't know how long it will take to get caught up on sleep. But, it feels so good to go to bed at a normal evening hour and wake up and have it be morning!

I think, throughout this, my husband slept better than me. Sometimes he'd wake up with thick mucous or dry heaves or when he was on the fentynal patch he'd have night terrors...but, then he'd fall back asleep. And, I'd remain awake for the night.

It will get better, for you and your mom!!

How far away is the shore? The first week post treatment was a little rocky. Hopefully, that won't be the case with your mom.

Now, things are going well and I see great signs of improvement every day!! And, he's sleeping well through the night too.

Wishing you and your mom the best!!!

Margaret
