This gave me 2000+ calories plus it got to the point I could not drink water because it just would not go down. My wife bought some orange flavored SOBE Life Water in 20oz bottles and I could handle it fine. So between the Boost cocktails and the Life Water it made things a lot easier. It seemed that chocolate and orange were the only two taste that stayed consistant. Good Luck.

Anything carbohydrate seems to be a problem. Bread, potatos, rice, pasta - still, that's one way to keep the weight off hey Dr Atkins?
