My husband finished 39 rads along with 3 rounds of cisplatin. They gave him the month of May off. Now they want him to have a chemo pump for 96 hrs 1 weeek per month for 3 months. He is not sure he wants to do this. He had such a terrible time with the first 3 rounds of chemo. He lsot 37 lbs. and has a peg tube in. He also started to take a few bites of solid food. Slow but sure. Has anyone experienced this? Would love to hear your imput. One day at a time for us!

lady,

It would be more helpful to know more about his Tx to date. How many rads did he complete? What was his chemo plan or did he complete his rads and 3 rds of chemo? Update your signature and you will get better responses.
