Wouldn't bother me.
However, downunder and China are way past my limit on flying time for a short trip. I'd never wake up, but sounds like fun.

The main brand here in China is called Great Wall, which is nicknamed "Great Headache" if you get my drift. Then there's also Mao Tai, a clear white wine similar to Sake, usually mixed with orange juice. I've never actually drank any, even in my heavy drinking days being in the same room with it was enough to give me the shivers.
Halfway is good though, like Hawaii.

Your post reminded me of a trip we took to Hong Kong about ten years ago with some friends. One night, after a great dinner at a highly-recommended restaurant, our waiter suggested that we try their best rice wine with our dessert. We all said we'd give it a try, and after it arrived in a beautiful silver pitcher, one of our friends was the first to taste it. When we asked for his reaction, he said, "Think wet dog". He was right!
