my mom has just gotten diagnosed at 43 for oral cancer...they want to remove her tongue before chemo and radiation...which comes first?

my mom just went through tongue cancer...what a nightmare i'm sorry to say but things did turn out to be a wonderful miracle in the end. the protocal seems to be surgery first..please e-mail me if you would like to talk. Good Luck to your mom and your entire family..i will be thinking of you.
