It was a stage 2 tumors
4cm. Nodes were clear on scan so they took left side out and did a flap reconstruction from my wrist. Out of intensive care l last nite. Will be here for a few more days. Day two and three were had. But pain is bad now. At least it out of there

You'll feel even better when you are out of hospital. I was miserable for the first few days, and was ready to smack the nurse who kept saying "it gets better every day". To be frank I thought she was bullshitting me, but she was right.

Good thoughts to you for speedy release!

Well got the trache tube out today, feed tube maybe tomorrow, and starting a liquid and soft found dinner today for dinner, i never was so excited about eating jello in my life. The trache hole that they dont completly close was a strange idea, but progress is one step at a time. Hope everybody is doing well with their disease as well.

Awesome news! The jello was a bit too slippery for me, but the yogurt was the best I had ever had!

Good news about the feed tube, too...I hated that thing almost as much as the trach.

Keep us posted.
