Not just for survivors but for CGs or for anyone that can use a reminder of good health practices and specific ways to start feeling good again! I just sent a copy to my son. (This could be a great PowerPoint Presentation!) Re your paragraph on cortisol and body relaxation techniques, I would have thought that #9 could have been a little higher on the list, tho' - JMO. Thank you, thank you SO much! I am so glad we have you with us!

CRF is something I struggle with and fight to keep on top of. Attitude, nutrition and daily exercise are the only factors I can control when it comes to my health, so for me it's a way of have a little control in this thing we call life

Lol My drs said I need to start exercising but I think a lot of other various things contribute to my CRF as well. Maybe someday I won't wake up tired!

Martin falls asleep all the time, but at the wrong times which means that he's not tired at night and watches TV til 2 or 3 am so then tired in the morning. At the moment he look after Alice Rose 1 day a week and 2 mornings and he is struggling. Alice Rose and I are up at 6.30 am (not my choice!) and after her bottle and a nappy change she is full of beans and wants to play. She goes to the bedroom screaming DADADADADA. Martin loves it but beacuse of his chronic fatigue and his erratic sleep patterns he is struggling. Baby Alice Rose can now walk, climb, open things... He can't just put her back in her cot and have a cat nap. Exercise would help but he is "not a gym person" and thinks cycling is bad for you... and running is boring. I don't know what to suggest. I'll have to make him read your post. I think swimming he wouldnt mind.

The right music at the right tempo might move him along.
