Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,844 | I have been asked several times by both my OCF family and non OCF friends if I was ever going to do any serious writing either sharing my story or just writing a book. Where I've never seriously considered the idea, as I don't find myself to be very interesting or much of a "serious" writer, I believe I have an idea for such a project and I need help!
To help me I need your input, specifically on what you consider to be my funniest posts on these forums or the ones that give sound advice with a funny twist to them. This is going to take a bit of work however I think there are enough people who I've made chuckle on these forums that it shouldn't be too hard. To date I have a bit over 1000 posts, much of those have a bit of humor to them, some are just plain ridiculous and there may just be a few gems that have the perfect combination of wisdom (if I can be considered wise in my old age) and humor.
Right now I've got this idea buzzing in my head, and I'll expand on it I'm sure when it materializes more. I may even run some of it through my poor excuse for a blog to get some quality feedback.

Either PM me the link or maybe even post it here, I'm not sure how it works on these boards really, I'd just really love my OCF's family's feedback.

Ex-spouse MISDIAGNOSED with SCC-HN IVa 12/10. Tonsils out 1/11. 4 teeth out 2/11. TX Erbitux x2, IMRT x2 2/11. 2nd opinion-benign BCC-NOT CANCER 3/11. TX stopped 3/11. New doctors 4/11. ENT agrees with 2nd opinion 5/11. ENT scoped him-all clear 7/11. Ordered MRI anyway. MRI 8/22/11 Result-all clear.
