About the itching, - when I had a bad case of poison ivy, and the itching was horrible! My doctor gave me a prescription for the itching that I took by mouth. Don't remember what it was but it really did help. You think there is something your doctor could prescribe for your itching?

I don't like taking drugs period unless I REALLY have to and I knew I really had to the other night. Drugs are tools and I know I have to take them at times...I'll just put it off until I really HAVE to. I've got my head wrapped around it now and I'll stick with NSAID's unless it spikes again because I really hate the itching. Thanks for all the support I do appreciate it, thanks everyone Eric

I am two years post op and Im still on morphine 15 mg and I just lowered my patch from 75 to 50. I want so bad to get off meds, however I have pain everyday. I have an ulcer on my cheek that won't heal. jaw pain, mouth pain, I also get this muscle spasm in my chin that I have to literally work out with my finger until it's soft again. So, what have you failed? NOTHING....we have to deal with this anyway we can. You deserve to be pain free just like the rest of us.
