I have experienced it for myself and parents with their issues. My immediate reaction is to say that you are the professional and this is your field of expertise...not mine! Guess I have come to realise that in some circumstances it is not always black or white for the professionals. Sadly I think you will have to decide the do you or dont you. As Wayne says you have to weight up the positive and negatives. You have so many people that love you here and we are all willing you to make the right choice. Much love and hugs {{{{{Jim}}}}} Gabriele xxx

But I hope you also know that whatever you choose, we will support it 100%. You're a good man and you have always looked out for yourself, so whatever you chose will be the best for you.
I'll say a special prayer for you tonight.

Ther are so many things that are a possibilty. One of the main ones is. Will this let the Barretts turn into Esophageal Cancer and if so, is it worth it. To this I would say forget it and go on as is. What will I be able to do for myself as I want to have a garden, keep my yard mowed, painting to do inside? I know this sounds trivial but to me I want a life not just to exist. Since day 1 about 4 years ago, I have done all of those things and much more. If it's possible for me to dig, mow, clean house, shine my car and really just about everything that needa attention, then I will go for it. I just can't sit but must be busy and usefull. It is in my system to be this way. I bet there are a lot of us that say it can wait but in a few minutes are taking charge and hard at it. Just airing it out and thanks for listening. Old Gotta do it. LOL
