Thanks my ear is sore today but its probably the lesion. Cannot wait for it to be gone even though they will be taking a bunch of my tongue and lymph nodes with it. You are right nerves are weird little critters that have a lot of control - and use it liberally!
You don't think about them much but when they are messed they let you know it.
