To cut a long story short it's benign....thank goodness. The past few weeks have been an absolute nightmare and everybody who's replied to my posts I can't thank you enough you have helped me more than you will " ever " realise. Basically it was a capillary haemangioma and the surgeon has said he does not need to remove the lump either.
If there's one thing I've learnt from this forum is I now have an awareness of oral cancer which I was blind to before and will pass my knowledge on to friends and family.
Good luck with all your journeys and you will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
Love you all,
David.

In order to help all of us help others, was there something someone said or did, or was there some particular advice that helped you cope with the long wait? I am very curious about your reply as although I have gone through HELL (aka wait times), I am not sure how I did it, nor am I sure how to help others. Any suggestions?
