Hi folks,
I have not been on this board for a few years now, my dad was diagnosed with oral cancer that metastasized to his lungs. He had radiation and chemo therapy that seemed to take care of everything. All his tests come out clean and all is well. I just wanted to share that.

Hope all is well...

Missy,

That is great news...it's great to hear about the survivors with distant mets, especially to the lungs as it's a tricky deal. Keep us updated and tell him to keep fightin!

I'm glad to share great news, the only lasting effect is he has is a dry mouth. He also lost a few pounds which he needed but he feels great.
