Hi there- I now it is quite a shock to the system that surgery. I'm so sorry you had to go through it. I thought my wrist would never look normal again but I'm happy to tell you its basically the same color as teh rest of my arm now. THe stiches and scar is definitely still visible but it isn't red and raw like it was.

Wishing you a speedy and full recovery. You are right- you just have to be patient and keep your self healthy and strong. Glucosimine and fish oil supplements are all good for helping the body to repair its self.
