I didnt post too often so was caught completely unaware. Ive been thru so much trying to regain a more normal range of motion and dont think I will ever get there. Its so much better to be ahead and not suffer from trismus. Being proactive is definetly a much easier way than waiting til you have something and trying to fix it.
