Nelie, I would think you could find some dehydrated food products in packages, but I'd bet that the calories will be low. Instant oatmeal, powdered milk, Lipton's dried chicken noodle soup, instant rice, instant potatoes could all be put in small zip lock bags and cooked with water over a campfire or in a microwave.
