Sorry for the delayed response but I was taking Vioxx until it was pulled and then moved over to Bextra. I am not concerned and as Helen points out, the scare is mostly if you have heart problems already. The trials that are of concern showed a 2% rate of heart problems versus 1% for the control group.
I also noticed the Bextra does a great job on the jaw pain I have had since radiation.
