No and no. Dental trays are not covered (first off they are dental not medical and the only "official" dental use for them is bleaching and whitening so they are in a "catch 22" situation). My dentist gave me mine as a gift (it would have been $200).

Dental insurance will pay for 2 cleanings a year as a rule. I go in 4 times and pay out of pocket for the other 2.
