In essece there is no prevention for oral cancer that is differnet from "preventing" any other cancer. Oral cancer is heavily related to life style choices like smoking, so the only prevention is to choose to not use tobacco or drink heavily, another risk factor. For those of us that did neither and still got it, it's the luck of the draw and there is no prevention, any more than there is preventing leukemia. I am surprised that with over 150 pages of information on the OCF site that you are on, you can't find enough here to do a paper......... Search under Google.com for oral cancer, and you will find about 300 possible sites. It ain't no harder than that. But you will not find anything regarding prevention. Your paper should be on early detection. Now there is a place where something can be done that will save lives. But you cannot prevent cancer.
