I was diagnosed with cancer in my left tonsil and lymphnode (IV) back in October of 2006. Tomorrow is my 8th and final induction chemo (taxol/carbo). I then get a two week break before radiation/chemo begins. So far, I have been one of the "lucky" ones that has had no bad reactions to my chemo so far. I am scheduled for 33 radiation and 6-7 more chemo treatments. Anyhow, enough about me! During my treatments I have met a true world class optimist! His name is Mr.Dawson, he is said to be 92 years old and is in the middle of chemo himself. He is there week in and week out with his Daughters, never misses a beat, I hope to be that way at that age!
