I did not have a tube but I used Carnation Instant Breakfast VHC...that's important VHC. It does not have fiber but it does have 560 nutritionally balanced calories in an 8 oz can and you don't need a prescription to get. You do have to order it through a pharmacy like Walgreens or CVS (or more expensive and more time consuming over the internet).

Apr 2014 & 15, Spun for 9 straight hrs to raise $$ for YMCA's Livestrong Program. Certified Spin Instructor Jun 2014.
