Well, I suspect you have many of us chuckling over this post! Sometimes there is a BIG reality check between what the Doc's are telling you to do and what you know has to be done. Let's see- "just hang the tube over the visor and go with it-" Like- yeah, that works. One of the hardest things to maintain during this journey is BALANCE-between old normal and new normal.
