Gloria is correct, as patients/survivors and caregivers we would not have the info you need like a medical professional would. Hopefully you do NOT have anything seriously wrong. Sounds to me like you should have a thorough exam to rule out any negative health issues caused from using "dip". Under the surface where its not visible a medical professional will be able to check. An ENT who specializes in treating oral cancer patients would be your best choice of medical professional to go to.

If you are having a medical scare due to using dip, let that be your wake-up call to eliminate it from your lifestyle for good. From what I know of "dip", using that is so much worse than smoking! "Dip" is like taking an entire pack of all the added poisonous chemicals and inserting them into one small spot in your mouth where it goes directly into your bloodstream. This can and will eventually cause anyone who uses it health problems. The health issues could take years to show up but in others it happens much quicker. I had a good friend who started using dip as a young teenager and ended up losing his lower jaw at age 17. He went on to have a great many surgeries and go thru years of suffering until the cancer finally took over and he lost his long battle at age 38 leaving behind a young wife and 2 darling little girls. I suggest you take a couple minutes to read about Gruen Von Behrens. Gruen turned his illness and health struggles into a way to help educate others about the dangers of using "dip" thru motivational speaking at schools across the US. I think I connected so well with Gruen was we both lost our lower jaw and had never met anyone with a similar appearance. Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid all forms of tobacco... even the e-cigs! All tobacco will create major health issues for every user, its just a matter of time.

Good luck!!!
