Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 10,507 Likes: 7 | Do you use a waterpik? If not it would be a very good investment. I would use warm water with a few capfuls of non-alcohol mouthwash mixed in. Use the waterpik on its lowest setting to go between every one of your teeth. It definitely will help to keep your mouth nice and clean.
