Im sorry your brother is having a problem with the lesions coming back. One thing you said is the key to this... they are non-cancerous. Most dysplasia never turns into cancer but it frequently does return after its been removed.

SInce this site is all about oral cancer, its very possible you run into members who have had their dysplasia turn into cancer. Im sorry but that cant be avoided when posting on a forum dedicated to oral cancer.
