Welcome to OCF! You're in the very best place to get info and support to help both you and your husband get thru treatments and recovery. Read both here and on the main OCF site to educate yourself about oral cancer so you can become a strong advocate for your husband.

I havent heard of the sleep system you mentioned. Does your husband use a feeding tube? If so then he needs to sleep on an incline or yes, aspiration can become a big problem. I have just raised the head of my bed a few inches (put 2 bricks each side under the legs of the top of my bedframe) and used 3 pillows as well.

Feel free to ask questions. We also have a great search function (white box near the top right of any page) where you will instantly find answers to many questions. Dont forget to take good care of you too, caregiving can be a tough job.

Best wishes!
