I would suggest making an appointment with your ENT to have a thorough exam, especially if you havent noticed any improvement after a couple days of antibiotics. It could be nothing but just in case get checked out.

Being about 3 months post rads, you will notice many ups and downs with your recovery. After what you have gone thru, you are probably much more aware of anything thats even slightly different. This is a good thing! When something unusual comes up in the head and neck areas, see your ENT. Im always super cautious and always advise patients/survivors get everything checked out. Better to be safe than sorry.
