I had a free flap procedure completed using part of my chin instead of my forearm. It is extremely tight in the area used as well as the left side of my tongue (flap) down the neck. I assume part of it is the scar tissue/radiation and tethering of the flap. Do any of you who had the flap surgery/radiation have the same experiences?
