Maybe since she has had quite a bit of surgery in these areas, the chemo might be triggering some nerves or muscles in ways not normally experienced. Please keep us updated if lowering the 5FU helps. 5FU is on the harsh end of the toxicity scale so maybe not too surprising it is causing issues.
