This is not a subject for an armchair google. There are reasons treatments are approved and not approved for patients. There is a rigorous program of scientific assessment based on thousand of cases and the work of thousands of medical experts. In my case I've had all sorts of people try and tell me to stop chemo and live on pumpkin seeds and tumeric! By all means discuss your questions with the doctor, but don't let anyone convince you to ignore your doctor's advice.
