Maybe ask about or see about it. Your treatment choices may be more than you think, but clinical trials may be limited in prior treatment, and with HIV. I have read that HIV patients can do chemoradiation treatment with no more adverse problems similar to non HIV. They do have more recurrences. I mention this because there is better outcome with radiation, rather than surgery alone, in recurrences that's why I'm having IORT, but had surgery alone also twice.
