Please do not post any additional photos, the one is enough. No member would be able to identify what it is accurately over the internet. All we can do is guess. To me, it does not look like its sore, it looks like a tiny pimple. It could be any number of things besides something serious. I suggest calm down and make an appointment to get checked out by either an ENT or oral surgeon.
