I cant say enough good things about these walks! They help to educate the public about the importance of early detection and screen thousands of people across the US.
OCF is a very small non profit which does wonders on a shoe string budget. Its made up of primarily volunteers. If OCF has helped you or a family member, PLEASE make an effort to join in with the walks. There are alot of walks this year all across the OS. Maybe there is one not too far from where you live. Its important for OCF forum members to attend these events, plus all OC survivors are admitted free.
I hope anyone who is in the Scottsdale/Phoenix areas will come out to join in on the fun. I will be speaking at the walk this year. If you are planning on attending, please send me a PM so we can arrange to meet in person while I am there.
