I know how bad you must have felt. I cant imagine not being able to throw up. It must have been terrible!!!
Ive been sick off and on for the past 3 years. I have found one of the benefits of having a J/G tube is that I can easily purge the offending stomach irritants. I learned this while in the hospital and the PEG tube had become dislodged and embedded in my abdominal wall. My J/G tube came with a bag which holds fluids. I can hook this up to the one side of my tube and it will drain all the contents that is making me ill. I know it sounds disgusting but this bag has helped me many times over the past few years. Once the gunk is out of my stomach I instantly feel better. Anyone who has a J/G tube should have the plastic bag that goes with it.
Be careful with getting dehydrated. Everything that comes out needs to be replaced as soon as you can handle it.
Sure hope you are feeling alot better now!!!
