Hi there and welcome. I know I sound like a broken record.... to some who may or may not read my posts. I would consult a naturopath as well, about having acupuncture... There are different kinds there's laser acupuncture - nd needles . I'm not sure what effect it will have so far of treatment. But it really helped me loosen my neck and jaw. He finds th uncomfortable knot in my jaw - just at the hinge the puts a needle in there - the idea is to return blood flow to the area and thus help prevent fibrosis and stiffening - its helped so far good luck!
