Welcome to OCF! I would advise you to find an ENT (ear, nose and throat specialist) who treats oral cancer patients. Some deal more with putting tubes in kids ears. Explain your concerns and ask them to do a biopsy of the lump. Of course it can be many other things. Im not a medical professional but have knowledge of oral cancer from being on this forum and a former patient 3 times. Dont put it off any longer! Find out once and for good what it is and then take care of it so you can enjoy your family.
