He passed all his tests with flying colors for surgery for starter, he went and first scheduled it for the 29th of this month...he didn't understand the word "Holiday(S)" he thought I only meant Christmas. So he asked me when do I make my Prime Rib and I told him on New Years Day and he said well you are just going to have to save me the fat and I said no it won't taste as good as it will when fresh out of the oven. He still said he was sticking with the 29th...UNTIL the next morning he told me he was going to change it he couldn't get the Prime Rib out of his mind,:) so he got the surgery rescheduled and called me at work guess what day? Friday the 13th! He didn't know it when he scheduled it, said he don't care, maybe it will be his lucky day. Also doc asked him if he had any symptoms, coughing, coughing up blood and Ron said nope nothing and his pulminary tests all came out fine which stumps the doc and Ron asked him why is he operating on him? Doc said just to make sure that it isn't cancer that moved down to his lungs. Ron said "this is why the call it PRACTICING medicine" smile
