It goes away for some but not for others and it can come and go. Sometimes it gets deafening loud for me and other times it is just an annoyance.
I see you are in Ohio. OSU has a LIVESTRONG Survivorship Center of Excellence. I don't know how far away that is but they may be able to help with non-cancer issues. The first step is to make sure PET scans are done regularly based on NCCN guidelines, in my opinion to make sure the cancer has not reappeared.
