I've never been much of a health nut, as a matter of fact I've always been just the opposite. Too much smoking, beer drinking eating pretty much only what taste good--never thinking about what is good for me.

Now of course, I'm behind the curve. What is good/bad for me? Is dairy products good? I love milk/cheese/etc. I know fruit and veggies are good but I've heard the sweet fruits not so good (that cancer cells love the sweet stuff?).
Anything I should be wary of?

Myself, like most of us, have a very limited ability to chew/eat, so stuff like eating a salad is just out of range. I've never had a PEG, still maintaining about 160lbs.
